**If it happens to melt, then simply place the jar in the freezer until the top and sides are solidified enough. Use as is or whip it with a hand mixer.**
**OLD FORMULA: If you want a softer texture, then place jar in a bowl of hot water for a very small amount of time. Take it out and place it in the refrigerator or freezer to stop the melting process.**
