Fill your bathtub with warm water to your desired level. Ensure the temperature is comfortable for you.

Pour the desired amount of bath soak into the water as the tub fills. Use your hand to swirl the water gently, helping to dissolve the bath soak evenly throughout the tub.

Enjoy the bath soak for at least 15-20 minutes to fully experience its benefits. You can soak longer if desired.
