Before showering, use your dry brush on completely dry skin for the best results.
Begin at your feet and brush in long, upward strokes toward your heart to promote circulation. Brush in circular motions.
Apply light to medium pressure; the goal is to exfoliate, not irritate.
Pay extra attention to rough patches like elbows, knees, and heels.
Rinse off to remove dead skin, then apply a Luxe Body Whip or Luxe Skin Oil to lock in moisture.
